Washington, DCShow Tunes & Cocktails, theatreWashington’s monthly gathering of Broadway aficionados hosted by pianist and raconteur Glenn Pearson, welcomes guest artist Nick Lehan to the Beacon Bar & Grill on Monday, August 11, from 7pm to 10pm. Currently appearing in a riotous production of The Pirates of Penzance at Toby’s Dinner Theatre in Columbia, MD, Lehan was recently seen at the Kennedy Center in Camelot in Concert, at Signature Theatre in Sycamore Trees, and in numerous roles at the Keegan Theatre and Olney Theatre Center.

Pearson, an orchestra leader and mainstay of Washington’s social scene, uses his versatile talents and vast repertoire to encourage everyone present to shed their inhibitions, connect with their inner diva, and sing out alongside other theatre lovers and makers. Special promotions and ticket giveaways on August 18 include a chance to see An Evening with Danny Kaye at The American Century Theater.
